Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. CNDL STX does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bricecrisan@icloud.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
How to Report Damage

- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days
Non-Returnable Items All items not damaged upon delivery are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes items that are the wrong size, unwanted, or purchased by mistake. We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details before purchasing.
